1. Services

VolarJets acts as a private aviation broker, connecting clients with certified air operators. We do not operate aircraft directly. All flights are operated by companies with current certifications from Mexico's DGAC (Directorate General of Civil Aeronautics).

2. Quotes

Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time of request. Final prices may vary based on availability, season, airport fees, and additional services requested. All quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise indicated.

3. Bookings and Payments

To confirm a booking, full payment or the agreed deposit is required. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of confirmation. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by operator and aircraft type. Generally: cancellations more than 72 hours in advance may receive partial or full refund; cancellations under 24 hours are subject to 100% charge.

5. Liability

VolarJets facilitates private aviation services. Operational, safety, and insurance responsibility lies with the certified air operator. VolarJets is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Website Use

Content on volarjets.com is informational. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Images are representative and may not correspond exactly to the assigned aircraft.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
